Our Story

NOLA HR Group was founded by Valerie Vides, SHRM‑SCP, a seasoned HR leader and entrepreneur. With more than 15 years of experience in HR and operations, Valerie has built and managed multiple businesses, including NOLA Wood Windows, and has served on several non-profit and trade organization boards. Her hands‑on experience running companies gives her a first‑hand understanding of the challenges small business owners face when navigating launching a business, payroll, hiring, legal compliance and company culture. Her vision for NOLA HR Group is to provide the personalized, white‑glove support she wished she’d had at the beginning of her entrepreneurial journey.
