Refund Policy

Overview

NOLA HR Group is committed to empowering small businesses with compliant HR documentation, payroll and advisory services. Because many of our deliverables are personalized and involve immediate access to proprietary resources, our refund policy varies by product and service.

Standard Digital Document Products
  • Money‑back guarantee: If you purchase a standard digital document (e.g., single‑state handbook template or NDA) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase provided you have not downloaded or accessed the document.

  • No refunds after access: Once a document has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered delivered, and no refund will be issued.

Subscription Services
  • Six‑month or annual plans: For multi‑state compliance subscriptions and other recurring services, you may cancel within 30 days of purchase for a pro‑rated refund, provided you have not generated or downloaded any documents.

  • After 30 days: Refunds are not available, however you may cancel to prevent future charges; access will continue through the end of the current term.

Custom Documents & Consulting
  • Custom work: Fees for customized handbooks, employment agreements, business policies or advisory sessions are non‑refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before drafting begins, a full refund will be issued.

  • Partial work: If preliminary work has started but no draft has been delivered, we may refund up to 50 % of the fee to cover time and research.

Training & Events
  • Live training/webinars: You may cancel up to 72 hours before the event for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are not refundable, however you may request a credit toward a future session.

Partner Products

If you purchased a service through one of our partners (e.g., BambooHR, Paychex or SixFifty), please refer to their respective refund policies. We will assist you in contacting them if necessary.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or credit, please email support@nolahrgroup.com with your order details, including date of purchase, product or service purchased, and reason for the request. We will respond within five business days and let you know the status of your refund or credit.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under U.S. or Louisiana law.
